ROTOPILE HELIX™ Helical Piles
Rotopile Helix™ helical pile is the fastest and most reliable solution for terraces, garden houses, garages, and fences. This product offers a DIY feature for foundation projects. With a full screw head, this product can be installed manually using a crowbar or other levers where there is no access to machines. This product is very handy for small-scale projects or remote areas without access to machines.
Helix™ screw piles are made of Ø60mm hot-dip galvanized steel and have ø160mm steel cast screw head. Rotopile Helix™ helical piles are available in standard and bracket sizes to solidify the connection between the pile and the structure.
3 Easy steps to install Helix Screw Piles
Step 1
Make a pilot hole in the ground, using a steel bar then place the screw pile in the hole , turn it clockwise using a crow bar or installation kit.
Step 2
Tighten the pile into the ground then put a suitable bracket at the top of the pile.
Step 3
Attach the timber frame securely and you are ready to put a structure i.e. decking boards, shed, summer house etc.
